PLACES is building that evidence base directly, starting with a live proof of concept in Coventry that's generating real outcomes and community owned data, not projections. It's designed to sit alongside the ‘cold data’ metrics that you already trust, but it’s the relationships and eco-social and relational activity already happening in your community which is the evidence base everyone's missing.
